Empathy is the foundation of creation, essential for building inclusive, human-centred products and addressing biases in AI. While AI mimics intelligence, it lacks the emotional connection that defines us as human.
I challenge organisations to reflect on how they value humans, asking: what drives your technology and how do you embed empathy in your work?
