About Anna
I’m the founder of Already. For over 20 years, I’ve helped companies create accessible, human-centred digital solutions while fostering a culture where we collaborate, support each other and embrace playfulness to thrive both inside and out.
At the core of my work are three principles: empathy, curiosity and playfulness. These values reflect my belief that life is all about people. From growing up in the north of Sweden (Norrlänning!), to living in Berlin and working in London, Rwanda, Uganda, and Tokyo, I’ve seen how meaningful connections drive impactful change. Now based in Stockholm, I bring these experiences into every project. Great design isn’t just about solving problems — it’s about creating environments where people feel seen, heard and valued.
I’ve worked with brands like Spotify, H&M, and ICA, and agencies such as Doberman, AKQA and DDB. Using tools like LEGO Serious Play, I align teams and turn ideas into action with clear, visual SWOTs and frameworks.
I also lecture at Hyper Island and Berghs, sharing knowledge on Ethics & AI, Human-Centred Design, and the power of prototyping. Through Mentor Sweden, I support teenagers to set goals and navigate their future.
I’m part of aeo, a trio of design advisors creating digital tools, streamlining workflows, facilitating workshops and helping organisations identify and address biases to thrive.
