I talk about empathy and what it means to be human, sharing personal stories about my brother Erik, who has Angelman’s syndrome. Empathy is the foundation of creation, essential for building inclusive, human-centred products and addressing biases in AI. While AI mimics intelligence, it lacks the emotional connection that defines us as human.
